Few independent breakfast restaurants in America can claim thirteen consecutive years of community voting recognition. House of Omelets has — earning the "Best of Cape Coral" honor every year since 2013. It's not a one-time win. It's a habit. And it's the kind of brand equity you can only build over time.

Our Story
A family recipe for the American Dream.
Every great breakfast concept has an origin worth telling. Ours begins on a flight from Albania.
— Toni Dedaj · Founder —
He arrived with restaurant experience, an unshakable work ethic, and the kind of ambition that doesn't ask permission.
What began as one man's pursuit of opportunity has become a scalable restaurant concept built on perseverance, hospitality, and the belief that every guest deserves a hearty meal and a place that feels like home.

House of Omelets · Made fresh, every shift
The story begins with Toni Dedaj, an Albanian immigrant who came to the United States chasing the American Dream — arriving with little more than determination, restaurant experience, and a refusal to settle.
In 2013, Toni opened the first House of Omelets in Southwest Florida with limited financial resources but an abundance of ambition. Guests embraced the warm atmosphere, the family-friendly feel, and the commitment to quality. The restaurant quickly became a local favorite.
As the business grew, Toni carried nearly every responsibility himself. Years of carrying the operation alone ultimately led to a serious health crisis that put him in the hospital.
His wife Meri stepped in. Together they built a management team, implemented proven processes, and created a culture where success could be shared. Today, House of Omelets operates four successful locations across Southwest Florida — and enters franchising as a known, decorated, multi-unit operating brand.
